The service

Zup Loans lets you read guides, estimate an EMI, compare published loan records, and submit an enquiry. Using the site does not create a lender-borrower relationship with Zup Loans.

Published information

Brand names, rates, and fees are shown only when they are on the record. They are not offers. A record can be removed when it expires or when the source can no longer be checked. You should not rely on them to borrow.

Your enquiry

You agree that the details you submit are yours to provide. You must not submit another person’s information without a lawful basis. Consent is collected separately and is described in the privacy draft.

No advice

Guides and calculators are general information. They are not a recommendation to take a particular loan, and they are not a prediction of approval.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break the site, scrape personal data, or submit automated enquiries. The demo limits how many forms one network can send in a short period.

Liability

The demo is provided so the product can be reviewed. A production limitation of liability needs to be drafted against the contracts Zup Loans actually signs. Until then, do not treat the site as a system of record for a real loan.
